07/12/06, WaterPower - Vietnam hydro capacity to reach 5000MW, By 2010, Vietnam's Central Highlands region is forecast to have a total hydroelectricity generating capacity of 5000MW according to reports by the Vietnamese News Agency. This will be equivalent to one-third of Vietnam's current electricity generating capacity.
