16/11/06 - VNECONOMY - ADB assists Viet Nam to build power complex, The Asian Development Bank is helping the Vietnamese Government address its growing power shortage by offering a US$1.7 million technical assistance grant. The Bank’s $1.7 million grant will help Electricity of Viet Nam develop preliminary plans for the 750 MW O Mon plant No. 4.
